Pets:
A black Labrador named Jagger. He's been with the family for about 5 years, and Danny is usually the one that takes him for walks. He's just about the friendliest dog in the universe, taking to strangers instantly. He loves a bit of attention and knows just how to feel Danny feel guilty. Although he goes mental whenever he spots a cat, he's generally very easy going and playful.
Personality:
First off, Danny is what a lot of people would consider a nice guy. He tries his best to be friendly to people and give them a chance, although it has to be said that he can be quite critical of people when he's with his mates. He's the sort of guy who will say something without thinking and then realize that what he's said could really hurt whoever he said it about, then just prays they don't find out. He then tends to be ultra nice to that person to try and make up for it, which a lot of people consider false or two-faced. He doesn't intend it to be that way though, since he always has good intentions.
If by some horrible circumstances the person he said something about finds out about it, he'll apologize and give to them straight, telling them that he was wrong to say that and that he hasn't and never will say anything about them again. Often people choose to trust him and they become better friends out of it, but sometimes people still don't react nicely. In the latter of those options Danny can get quite sharp, since he's rather argumentative and just a little bit stubborn. He'll never back down in an argument unless there really is no other choice. Sure, he's lost a few friends that way, but he just gets so frustrated in some situations that he loses it. Later on he always wishes he could take it back and often apologizes. He's the type to get caught up in the moment, obviously.
As you may have guessed, Danny is quite impatient. He doesn't like having to wait long for anything, and if he feels a lesson, argument, debate or whatever had gone on far too long, he is quick to get wound up and irritable. Snapping at people or paying very little attention to them is a common side effect of this. It all comes back to one thing, his narcolepsy.
When Danny turned thirteen, he was diagnosed with narcolepsy. It's a disease that effects sleep majorly, meaning he often has sleep attacks and sometimes he goes into a sort of trace, seemingly doing things on "auto-pilot". This only lasts for a few minutes maximum, but he can get in trouble for it at school. The worst thing that can happen is an attack of cataplexy. Thankfully it very rarely happens and when it does it's not serious, but Danny is always worried about randomly collapsing.
Appearance:
Danny is about average height, which suits him fine. The way he sees it he gets the best of both worlds, since if a girl hates short guys but loves tall guys, she'll settle for a medium height guy, and vice versa. He finds being in the middle means you can appeal to a wider audience, so to speak. However, he thinks he looks far too feminine in his features. He can never really pick out where he picks this up, but he suspects it has something to do with the way he dresses. He takes care in picking out outfits, usually choosing colors that flatter his skin tone and bright blue eyes.
His hair is another thing that means a lot to him, since he has to straighten and dye it regularly to keep it the way it is. He has lots of choppy layers with a side parting, so all his hair sweeps to one side. He styles his fringe using gel so that it's quite spiky, same with the rest of his hair. In fact, his haircut often looks sharp enough to draw blood if you were to touch it.
History:
Danny had a reletively normal upbringing in the way that his parents were nothing but affectionate and caring for him, something he considers himself very lucky for. He has 3 other brothers, two older and one younger. They grew up in a moderately sized house in north England, where both his parents were born. The area they lived in wasn't great, the crime rates were high and they only seemed to be getting higher, so as soon as an oppourtinuty arised the family packed up and moved to Richwood.
That was when Danny himself was 11. They settled in nicely, Danny and his brothers prefering thier new school to their old and their parents seeing it as a massive improvement.
Possessions:
A chain he wears around his neck at all times for luck. His granddad gave it to him before he passed away, so it means a lot since it reminds him of him.

When it came to her friends and their emotions, it was as if they were a looking in a mirror and she was their emotional reflection. If they were feeling upset, uneasy, uncomfortable or any other emotion that humans, sometimes unfortunately, were capable of, she would end up feeling the same. She wasn't sure why this happened, maybe because she cared too much, maybe she was over-emotional, maybe it was just human nature. She guessed the last one, although she couldn't be sure. When it came to Truett, though, she felt as though she had a pretty strong emotional connection with him, and right now she was almost wishing she didn't. He was so obviously uncomfortable right now and she wished with all her heart she could figure out why.
See normally, they'd just be messing about or talking with ease, both comfortable being around each other. Today, right now, had been the only time they both weren't in that position and it was killing her since he was everything to her and if he wasn't interested, who would be? He was so distracted she didn't know whether to be concerned or annoyed, so she just tried to stay in the middle and not feel anything. It was far from easy, though. The atmosphere was so tense it was almost choking, something she'd never have expected from them both. Sitting there with both of them not saying anything was leading her to think of possible reasons for his discomfort. Maybe he had figured out she liked him and was thinking of the best way to reject her? Maybe he just didn't like her anymore and wished he wasn't there. Both reasons made her want to cry on the spot, but she knew she was being ridiculous. He was just being quiet, that was all. She was probably imagining all this tension. Yeah, that was it. For some reason she wasn't all that convinced.
Suddenly her campaign of keeping quiet was made easy as Truett spoke, answering something she could only barely remember saying. She never really thought when she spoke to him, she knew she didn't have to. He never judged her and if she said something stupid although he might laugh it was all in good nature and she knew she didn't have to worry about it. It was just another reason on the never ending list of reasons as to why she liked him. She looked at him and smiled, raising an eyebrow. "I owe you everything. If it weren't for you I don't even want to think about where I'd be." She said honestly. Her heart almost melted at what he said next. "Awww, that's so sweet! Same back at you." She grinned, before cracking up in hysterical laughter at what he had just said. "You're such a guy!" She managed to say through her laughter, eventually calming down to look at him properly. She had clearly insulted his masculinity, and she didn't intend to stop there. "I'm sorry. How about adorable? Or, er, swell? OK, OK. You can't have gorgeous though, that's reserved for Brendon Urie. Yum. Dashing and handsome are still available though, if you're interested." She said, smiling. This was more like it, this was the way things should have been from the start. She smiled even more as he laughed, it was such a good thing to hear at that moment. She just hoped things would stay this way for the rest of the time they were together. She laughed too. "Drugs? I don't need drugs, I get high on life! OK, I promise never to say that again. But no, you don't need to be on drugs to appreciate the brilliance that is you, Truett." She half-joked.
This really was far more like it. This was how she had expected it to be, how she wanted it to be. She was glad that it seemed to be staying that way as he said what he did next, clearly still joking. "Hmm, I'd watch your mouth, I might take you up on that. You should never come to a conclusion without testing it first, you know." She said, quoting her science teacher. "I've always loved science." She grinned, although they both knew that was a total lie.
It was all going well again, until the mood dropped significantly all over again. She couldn't quite believe the amount of tension right now, it was almost choking for heavens sake. She didn't know quite what to make of the whole situation right now, she couldn't quite believe what she had admitted to him, the whole thing having only just sunk in. She had probably just misunderstood him, and then ended up spewing out all this stuff she had kept locked up inside for so long. Well, she was pretty sure that he had said he liked her but even if he had, she'd probably came on a bit strong and scared him right away.
All she wanted right now was to sink into the wall and disappear. She'd tell him she had been drunk or maybe that he had just been having a nightmare. Whatever, it didn't matter. As long as she could get out of there then it wouldn't matter, she'd have plenty of time to think about it when she locked herself in her room and filled up about 20 notebooks with how much she hated herself and how bloody stupid she was. All she could think of were hundreds of insults for herself, all sharing the same meaning; Amelia you are an idiot.
Ammie was in the position she hadn't been in for a long time, the position that made her want to shove all her words back in her mouth and swallow them back down. If only she could, but it wasn't that easy. All she really could do was sit and wait for his answer, hoping that it would be one she wanted to hear, or at least that he didn't freak out or something. She forced herself to look at him and immediately regretted it. He was as pale as anything and he looked so shocked that she was convinced he wanted nothing more than to run away. She could almost feel it, and she immediately looked away from him and focused on the floor. How could you have been so stupid? You have ruined everything. Everything! Amelia just couldn't stop slagging herself off. It was a distraction from thinking about Truett directly, so she kept at it. Every time her mind wandered to it, she just came up with a brand new insult for herself.
She sighed. This silence was getting far too much, it was making her want to scream. She looked up at Truett to find him leaning in, until their lips made contact. Shocked for a moment, she just sat there, dumbfounded, returning the eye contact he was making. When he told her he loved her she actually had tears in her eyes, although she hadn't realized it. Her heart was beating at a million miles and hour and her body hadn't quite got over the shock. Her brain was screaming at her to say something, do something, but all she could get out was a soft "Oh Truett..." Before she threw her arms around his neck and kissed him as if there was no tomorrow, praying that she wasn't dreaming this.
